You know that every question in SSC-CGL has two marks. An easy question can be solved in 30-40 sections while a tough question in 2 minutes. But both an easy & a tough question has two marks.
If you are solving a tough question first then it will definitely consume your two minutes. Still, it is not guaranteed that we will get the solution to the tough question. But, one thing is sure that it will consume our time.
On the other hand, if we pick the easy questions first then we can solve 3-4 questions at the same time as a tough question time (2 min.). Therefore, we will solve more questions and get more marks in exams.
Moreover, if you get 5-6 difficult questions at starting and these questions remained unsolved after you attempt to solve them. Then, this condition will build pressure on it. And it is possible that under pressure, you can do mistakes in easy questions. It will make your exam worse.
